This blog is dedicated to everyone who struggles at the art of cooking for two. Roommates, newly-weds, single mothers, empty nesters and anyone else dining in pairs--this is for you. Traditional recipies are written for a standard family of four. The truth is that the average household size in the United States is 2.5 people. I am not professional cook. I do not cook entirely from scratch. If a recipe is not an original creation it is an original adaptation that reflects my personal taste and accomodates two people.
I cook economically. I cook deliciously. I cook for two.
